At Focus Label we build some of the best flexographic printing machines in the world right here in Nottingham, England. If you are wondering how buying a flexo machine from us works, we are happy to tell you more about the process. High-end flexographic printing machines are largely custom made, and this allows you to create hardware that will be purpose built for your needs. The process can be a lengthy one, so if you are in the market for a new flexo printing machine, there is no time like the present to get in touch with us.
Talk To Focus Labels
When you buy from us, the process begins with a preliminary investment proposal based on what your printing needs are. We will talk to you about what you want your flexographic printing machine to do, and create an indicative proposal for the job. We will also send you samples of the product that your new flexo printing machine will be capable of producing, so that you can get an idea of the quality that our machines offer. Included in this preliminary design work will be an estimate of the throughput of the flexo machine and estimated operation costs.
Come For A Demo
If your team is interested in moving forward with the purchase of a flexo printing machine from us based on the indicative proposal and samples, you will be invited to our factory in Nottingham for an in-depth demo of how we operate. This will take a day or two in some cases, and we can work with your company to cover travel expenses and lodging.
During this time we will present your team with a definitive plan for the manufacture of your new flexographic printing machine, and we will review all the aspects and timing of the project with you. We can also show you in greater detail how our machines will create value for your company, and make your printing business far more competitive.
When you approve the full scope plan for the job, we will review payment and financing for the project. After the contracts are signed and the financing is in place, we will begin to fabricate your new machine. At this point the price for the machine will be firm, and you will have a timetable for completion and delivery. You can return to your business with the confidence that your new flexographic printing machine is on its way to you.
Manufacture & Installation
Depending on the complexity of the machine we build for you, the manufacturing time could be as long as a year. We will install the flexo printing machine in your factory and bring it into operation along the agreed upon time table. All the work will be carried out by our qualified engineers. We take responsibility for all the assembly and will get your new machine running like a dream on-site.
Training & Support
Once your new machine is up and running on site, we will begin to train your staff on how to use it. Overall our flexographic printing machines are easy to operate. If you opt for automated features, many of the skills needed to run the machine are eliminated. We will make sure that all of your team are fully trained to use the new machine, and if you have any questions we are always here to help you. Our new machines will run without problems for many years, and we will help you to minimise downtime with fast repair services should there be any issues down the road.
