Founded in 2019 by Simon Cooper, former Managing Director and part-owner of The Lettershop
Group, Simply Inkjet brings advanced water-based inkjet technology to the partnership. Focus
Label Machinery, with over four decades of global leadership in the label industry, serves both
apparel and converting sectors with unrivalled expertise.
Since 2015, Focus has pioneered hybrid inkjet technology, developing a robust transport
system integrated with UV inkjet to create a one-pass production press with flexo, UV inkjet,
and full finishing capabilities. Through this partnership with Simply Inkjet, Focus now
incorporates pigmented water-based inkjet technology, establishing the most commercially
viable model for digital labels which is achieved through our ability to prime in or offline
enabling regular coated and uncoated commercial stocks, ensuring customers avoid costs that
are two to three times higher.
