At the end of July 2019, Last Bros of Cheshunt sadly closed down after more than 70 years in the tabs and labels printing business. Last Bros MD, Jason Hennigan, took the decision to continue servicing the clients by joining forces with Corporate Supplies just a couple of miles down the road to create Corporate Tabs and Labels.

Along with business partner Tony Bloomfield, Corporate Tabs and Labels began business on 1st August 2019 with the Focus dflex UV digital label press, brought over from the previous company, meaning they can offer the same service as Last Bros.

The first three months were hectic to say the least, with the moving of the dflex into the 185sqm site in Cheshunt, Waltham Cross. There was also little time for settling in as the workload continues to soar and all areas of the business flourish.

The press, which was configured for future growth with two flexo stations and CMYK UV inkjet, using the latest KM1800i heads through partner Industrial Inkjet, offers full finishing in-line so the production can be modelled to suit their varying products and applications.

“It is the versatility that really impresses”, said partner Tony Bloomfield of the d-Flex. “The first three months have been incredibly busy and the addition of the d-Flex has really enabled the business to get off to a flying start”.
