REFLEX & D-Flex Digital Inkjet Press
The D-Flex is our latest digital printing press, built around our innovative REFLEX servo, with an integrated UV flexo print head, and rewinding, slitting and die casting modules. The press can produce variable high quality images, which can be overprinted on a variety of substrates in perfect register with UV flexo ink. Printing, conversion and rewinding can all be accomplished in a single pass at a rate of 50 m/m. The D-Flex uses the latest generation of full-colour, high-speed Konica Minolta inkjet technology to provide the highest productivity and fastest changeover rates of any of our digital printers.
Our REFLEX converting system is
a fast, accurate finishing system for pre-printed labels & packaging that provides unflinching accuracy at speeds of 100 m/m or more. The REFLEX has a full rotary system that incorporates flexo printing, cold foil, laminating, varnishing, and die cutting modules for sheeted or roll to roll production. Proflex SE (Servo) & Proflex E (Non-Servo) Modular Flexo Press
We will be exhibiting live working models of two of our popular Proflex series, our new range of compact flexo presses. The servo driven Proflex SE has an open print architecture, allowing fast loading for print cylinders and ink cartridges, with partial or full exchange options available to reduce downtime between jobs. The press can accommodate a wide variety of substrates, with bearer rings on the print cylinder assembly that guarantee accurate print impressions each time. The Proflex has a detachable print cartridge assembly that can be removed for cleaning, allowing continual operation and reducing downtime even further.
For small volume print runs and variable data jobs, you can supplement your Proflex with a digital inkjet print head that allows full or single colour print runs.
The Proflex series is extremely adaptable to the needs of your business, with additional modules available that include waste rewind turrets, scanner systems, laminating modules, and cold foil applicators.
GARMENT LABEL PRODUCTION:
We will exhibit our popular LX range of Letterflex textile printing systems. These machines are unique to Focus and regarded as the most productive & advance printing systems for labels, decorative ribbons in the apparel trims market. Focus is a leading supplier of equipment for labels & heat transfers in the textile sector.
